Return Policy
- AzFreezeCandyCo does not accept returns on any edible products due to safety concerns.
- Cancellation of your order can be made within 48 hours of your order as long as the order hasn’t already shipped.
- Please be sure to double check your order and message us with any concerns about an order, before placing it.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and we will discuss options!
- Pictures will be required.
- JOLLY RANCHERZ and NERDZ CLUSTERZ are extremely brittle so please order at your own risk. We do everything we can to protect them while in transit, but unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on rare occasion, orders get damaged.
- No refunds will be issued for Jolly Rancherz or Nerdz Clusterz.
- AzFreezeCandyCo will not issue refunds for incorrect or missing shipping information. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.
